This private residence sits in a valley meadow outside of Aspen. A refined material palette consisting of a dark stone clad building envelope, accented by warm wood tones floats above the site’s native tall grasses to integrate the structure with it’s setting. Floor to ceiling glass is interrupted by vertical wood slats to provide privacy and directed views to the stunning vistas.
